I live in upstate NY, sadly the lakes are still frozen. The sales rep was very helpful and professional. Although he was going to send me a extra white Garmin decal, that he forgot.The unit was shipped immediately and I received it in 4 days. I’ve got the unit mounted on my boat and looking forward to getting it out on the water to test. It has all the features I’m looking for and I got a 9” Garmin for just a few dollars more than what the others are charging for their 7” units. The only thing I not happy about is the black Garmin decal that came with it, doesn’t work on my black boat. So no free advertising for Garmin. But other than that I’m very happy with my choice of the Garmin FOS and the Striker 9
